HAZMAT 24-Hour Technician

This 24 hour class is designed to meet the non site-specific Technician level training requirements of OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120(q). The class will conclude with a simulated HAZMAT response drill.

Techniques for Monitoring
Techniques for Advanced Confinement and Containment
The Incident Command System
The First Responder Technician Level Role

• NO REFUNDS will be given for no-shows or on cancellations received less than three business days prior to the class start date.
• You must notify us of reschedules or cancellations by emailing skelley@laniertech.edu no later than 3 business days before the start date of the class.
• Any reschedule (move to another class) or cancellation made less than 21 days prior to the class start date will incur a 20% charge.
• Any substitution of a student at ANY TIME will incur a $50 charge.
• If Lanier Technical College cancels a class for any reason, you will be contacted and will receive a full refund or be rescheduled at no additional charge.
